Because every
Trend Custom product is made-to-order and crafted with care for each fan, we strive to deliver items that meet — or exceed — your expectations.
Please review our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
🕒 Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours after placing it.
After this period, your order will enter production and cannot be canceled or changed.
Please double-check all details — including size, design, and shipping address — before confirming your order.
💸 Refund & Replacement
Because each
Trend Custom item is custom-made, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we do offer free replacements or refunds in the following cases:
The product received is significantly different from the design or preview.
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our or the carrier’s error.
Items are missing from your order.
If any of these apply, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date, including clear photo or video evidence.
Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for refund or replacement.
🚫 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds or replacements will not be approved in the following cases:
Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer.
Minor color or size variations caused by lighting or screen display.
Damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Delivery delays caused by customs or local postal services beyond our control.
📦 Shipping Issues
If your tracking number shows no update for more than 15 days (U.S.) or 25 days (international), you may request a replacement or refund.
If your package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, you will receive a 70% refund of the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).
💰 Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, please allow:
Payment Method Refund Time (after approval)
Credit / Debit Card 5–10 business days
PayPal / Shopify Payments / Stripe 3–5 business days
Refund timing for prepaid cards depends on your issuing bank and may take up to 30 days.
A 1.5% processing fee may apply to cancellations or refunds.

To request a refund or replacement, please email our support team with your order number and proof of issue (photo or video).
Please do not return any item without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
