Personalized/made-to-order items are subject to our Refund Policy.

We may refuse any order and/or limit or cancel quantities per person/household/order. In the event of change or cancellation, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your account (including email, card numbers, and expiry dates). All site content, trademarks, logos, product mockups, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Trend Custom and protected by IP laws. For personalized products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify the materials you provide solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order (including customer support, quality control, and necessary archiving).
